432 Park Avenue, New York

Take a look inside New York's newest luxury landmark, 432 Park Avenue and explore the design and services available to its residents.

Anyone visiting New York recently will have noticed the newest addition to the city's impressive skyline, an incredibly slender skyscraper towering above Midtown Manhattan, just two streets from Central Park. 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the Western hemisphere and has been designed to replicate a 'living gallery' with impressively high ceilings and large uninterrupted internal spaces. Whilst we can admire the structure's minimalist grid design and striking impression on the skyline, it is only a lucky few that will truly be able to appreciate what this building has to offer.

Co-developed by Macklowe Properties and CIM Group, the tower stands at 1,396 ft tall, containing 104 luxury apartments, including the highest penthouse in the city. The views from this skyscraper are quite literally 'out of this world', adding a new perspective to one of the most instantly recognisable cityscapes in the world. With its slender form and exterior orthogonal frame, every apartment boasts columnless interiors with large 10ft x 10ft windows, flooding every room with natural light and providing views that many would dream of.

The penthouse interiors featured have been designed by Kelly Behun and emphasise the experience of grand estate living in the sky, utilising the views, breaking down the visual boundaries between inside and out. The residences feature solid oak flooring with bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs incorporating beautiful materials such as marble and luxurious woods. Small details such as the window framed breakfast bar and upholstered window seats connect the occupants to the vibrant surroundings of the city whilst providing a place of calm and relaxation to unwind after a busy day.
