Morpheus London: Six Senses Residences

Six Senses Residences, a project currently under in progress by Morpheus London, appointed to work on the design for decorative furnishings within the residences.
I have the great pleasure to share with you a project currently in progress by the very talented team at Morpheus London. The Six Senses Residences in Courchevel, France is the first fully serviced residential spa development for the world-famous ski resort of Courchevel. Morpheus has been appointed to work on the design for decorative furnishings within the residences, adding a level of luxury that is closely associated with the brand. Inspired by the impressive views and alpine surroundings, the designers have taken a classic ski lodge concept and enhanced every single detail, introducing new materials, luxury finishes and furniture designs of the highest quality.
The soft furnishings and accessories use a colour palette extracted straight from the scenery, using natural greens, burnt oranges and sky blues to strengthen the connection between the internal spaces and the great outdoors. This theme continues through the entirety of the property, expanding across bespoke furniture pieces and patterns that echo the line and shapes of the mountains within their designs. Whilst wood has been predominantly used, other materials such as burnished brass, limestone and marble also contribute to the warming character of the project.
The residences consist of fifty three exclusive apartments ranging in size from 750 to 2800 sq. ft. This includes ten spacious duplex penthouses with impressive panoramic views of the mountains, with up to five bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, bespoke wine cellars, spa and several large terraces, perfect for outdoor entertainment and making the most of the breathtaking surrounding views.
