Posted on January 15 2017
Collaborating with Machined, Haeckels and John Lewis, Buster + Punch have created an incredible mix of products for the home that launched during the London Design Festival.
Launching collaborations this year with Machined, Haeckels and John Lewis during the London Design Festival, Buster + Punch have continued to expand on their impressive collection of innovative designs, emphasising the true beauty of the materials that they are constructed from. The diverse set of designs cover everything from lighting and candle holders to vases and diffusers. Discover the full set of collaborative designs below.
Buster + Punch / Machined
Machined is a collection of 6mm thick plates, each customised to accommodate a particular interior accessory. Available in brass and steel finishes, Machined have created an effortlessly beautiful collection of products that soften the material of construction to produce a unique yet instantly recognisable design, familiar to both brands.
Designs include a candelabra and flower vase, perfect centrepieces for a table or sideboard, whisky glasses and holder to add a stylish spin on the barware collection, a beautiful fragrance diffuser in collaboration with Haeckels and available in sea breeze and burnt iron fragrances and a simple cut tray suitable for holding life's everyday objects. Every design has been created from an identically sized plate, allowing to group and combine styles or stand individually as a defining accessory to any space.
Buster + Punch / Haeckels
Being a huge fan of Haeckels, I was very excited to hear about the collaboration. With entirely different areas of focus, one producing stylish and defined industrial inspired works and the other centred around nature, fragrance and skincare, I could not wait to discover what they had in store and the results are very impressive. Contained within a Machined cut metal plate, the diffuser contains a bottle of bespoke fragrance oil and a handmade ceramic puck. Two very different fragrances: Sea Breeze and Burnt Iron are available which can be dripped into the ceramic puck, allowing the fragrance to surround the room.
Buster + Punch / John Lewis
Buster + Punch have teamed up with John Lewis to reveal the exclusive Hooked collection that will be available to purchase through John Lewis online and in select stores. This collaboration not only creates beautiful designs, it makes them much more accessible. The designs introduce solid copper for the very first time to the collection and its hook design allows for more customisation in the home, easily adapting the length and directions of cables to better suit the home.
It is so great to see the ever-expanding collections from Buster + Punch. These collaborations not only challenge the designers and materials used, they evolve the brand, diversifying the products and continue the journey. With such an incredible year just passed, I cannot wait to discover the plans that Buster + Punch have for the new year.
